Living in Los Angeles forces people come up with all kinds of ways to maximize their use of every inch of available space. One example of this is the fairly common parking lot on the roof - although as you can see here, though the ground level lot was full, I was the only one who ventured to the roof lot. Maybe they know something I don't.
A hidden benefit of these roof lots is that they often offer a surprising panorama of the city. This lot today also offered these views closer in of typical Venice. I love the mix of styles and use of color thats so common to this area. Plus I didnt have to worry about the car next to me adding another ding to my truck!
